Confirmation rules
Anything hard to undo is confirmed on a card first. Everything else runs immediately and shows its result.
Asked first

| Sending a message | Shows the draft; nothing is sent until you press Send. Edit message lets you change it |
| Deleting a file | "Delete "…"? It will be moved to the Trash." → Delete / Cancel |
| Deleting an event, reminder, or note | Pick one from the candidates, then delete |
Runs immediately
Adding an event, setting a reminder, and saving a note happen right away; the card says "Event Added", "Reminder set for …", "Saved to Notes". If it was wrong, delete it from the same place. Lookups, playback, math, timers, window placement, volume, and screenshots also run immediately. Mail only creates a draft — you press send in Mail.
Truncated lists
When a list is cut short, the card says so. What you see is not everything — be more specific if the item you want is missing.
